About Reddenhill Consulting Limited


Established in 2002 Reddenhill Consulting Limited has moved from strength to strength.

Our direction comes from our Chief Executive Officer Mr Richard Callicott OBE. Richard was a former Chief Executive of UK Sport (a Non-Departmental Public Body), a former Director of Accounts for the National Indoor Arena and Head of Sport for Birmingham and President of British Volleyball. He is a Director of the British Paralympic Association. Richard brings to Reddenhill a wealth of strategic leadership and management expertise, knowledge and skills.

Maroline Lasebikan MSSc is our Managing Director and Institute of Leadership and Management Approved Centre Manager. Maroline joined Reddenhill following a successful career in the NHS. She was a former Director of the Department of Health’s Positively Diverse Programme, has worked as an Associate Director in a Strategic Health Authority with responsibility for, amongst other matters, leadership and equality and diversity. Prior to this Maroline managed three small hospitals and was the professional lead for nursing. Maroline brings to Reddenhill a cultural stance that is inclusive, person-centred and based on the principles of ethical leadership in action. Maroline is a visiting fellow of Bradford University.

Our Reddenhill associates and staff enable us to provide services to clients and learners that are outcome-focused and meet client expectations.
