Reddenhill Institute of Leadership and Management Approved Centre

The aim of our ILM Approved Centre is to work with you so that you get the best from your chosen ILM accredited programme of study. You can choose one of two pathways with us. We can either deliver your chosen ILM Programme for a group of aspiring leaders in your organisation or you can enrol on one of our open programmes. Please do not hesitate to contact us for more information with no obligation. Our email address is: info@reddenhill.co.uk

ILM is Europe’s largest independent leadership and management awarding body. The qualifications awarded by ILM enable us to provide high quality development opportunities for managers and leaders at all levels of public, private and third sector organisations. We are proud to support this.

There are many benefits to undertaking an ILM programme including gaining an internationally recognised qualification, extending your network and enhancing your performance at work. An ILM programme with us assures you of a person-centred approach and small tutor groups.

Tutorials and/ or learning sets support you as you study, through agreed guided learning hours where you meet your tutor and support tutor, other learners and spend time examining and exploring topics relevant to your programme of study.

Each programme integrates an assessment requirement that provides evidence of your achievement of the required learning outcomes. Some private study is required as you progress.

At Reddenhill, we focus on leadership as we believe that that this is important in today’s economic environment. The pursuit of excellence is at the forefront of people’s minds. Effective leadership provides the edge that will set direction for the future and help us get there. Whether you work in the public, private or third sector investing in leadership development could be the start of a brighter future for you and your organisation.

Generally, there are no pre-requisites for joining any of our ILM programmes. They are designed for aspiring and middle managers.
