Mentoring

We believe that mentoring is about one person helping another to achieve something that is important to them.

It involves giving support in a safe and non-threatening way, empowering the individual to move forward with confidence towards what they want to achieve. Mentoring is a source of help external to the line management relationship. It is increasingly being introduced in many differing organisations.

If you work in a public, private or third sector organisation we can provide you with an exclusive mentoring partnership that is confidential, supportive and fits with your organisation’s staff development processes.

Our Mentors

Our mentors are approachable and competent in reflective practice and listening skills. We partner mentees with mentors that have relevant background and expertise.

Agreeing the Mentoring Partnership

Before a programme of mentorship is initiated there are a number of matters we will agree with the prospective mentee which are outlined in our mentorship agreement. This enables us to be clear about the mentee’s requirements, the number of mentorship partnership sessions and the parameters of the mentorship relationship.

Executive Forums

We believe that Executive Forums where executives meet other executives and are able to engage in dedicated time to explore a solution-focused approach to issues in confidence are an essential pre-requisite of executive leadership.

Our forums provide participants with exposure to a broad variety of businesses at a strategic level. The duration of an executive forum is one year with bi-monthly meetings.

Agreeing the Executive Forum

Each forum is limited to a maximum of 10 participants. The forums are facilitated by a Director or the CEO of Reddenhill. There are six bi-monthly meetings available to forum members. All participants are bound by a confidentiality protocol.
